When does a PDF request count as an expense?
After you confirm sending it. The request samples are then recorded with any known prices from the manually added laboratory.
What happens to samples without a price?
They remain visible as unpriced and are not counted as zero cost. You can complete missing prices to make the amount due accurate.
Can I see totals by pollutant?
Yes. The expense view groups samples and known amounts by analysis type, including asbestos, PCB and PAH.
Does a cancelled order remain in the amount due?
No. Cancelled orders are excluded from active amounts and remain identifiable in request tracking.
